Delivery

Every Lunarae box is packed by hand and sent with care. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Free Standard Delivery
FREE on orders over £40 (£3.75 on smaller orders)

• Orders usually arrive 3–5 working days after you order.
• Delivered Monday to Saturday by Royal Mail Tracked 48.
• We post every order the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are posted on the next working day.
• Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.
• During busy periods, such as Christmas, delivery may take a little longer.
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Express Tracked Delivery
£6.99

• Orders usually arrive 2–3 working days after you order.
• Delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24, aiming for delivery the day after we post.
• We post every order the next working day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Friday, at the weekend or on a bank holiday are posted on the next working day.
• Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands may take an extra day or two.
• Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link.

Sending a gift

Enter their address at checkout and add your message in the basket. We'll handwrite it on a card. No prices are included. Your box travels inside a plain outer mailer, so it arrives looking perfect and the surprise isn't spoiled.

Christmas

To arrive by Christmas, order by:
• Monday 14 December for free standard delivery
• Thursday 17 December for express delivery

We'll confirm these once Royal Mail publishes its Christmas dates.

Lost, damaged or late

If your box arrives damaged, or hasn't arrived 10 working days after we posted it, email us your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You won't need to deal with Royal Mail.

Changes and cancellations

To change or cancel an order, email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't been posted yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. You can also cancel within 14 days of delivery; please see our Returns policy.
