Gifting

Can I send it straight to the person?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout. No prices are included in the box.

Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add your message in the basket and we'll handwrite it on a card.

Delivery

How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Free tracked delivery on orders over £40, arriving in 3–5 working days. Express tracked delivery is £6.99 and arrives in 2–3 working days.

When do you post orders?
We post every order the next working day, Monday to Friday. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as it's on its way.

When do I need to order for Christmas?
Order by Monday 14 December for free delivery, or Thursday 17 December for express delivery.

Do you deliver abroad?
Not yet. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.

The Box Collection

Is the tea suitable during pregnancy?
The tea contains herbs some people avoid during pregnancy, while breastfeeding or when taking certain medication. Please check with your GP or midwife before drinking it.

When are the Calm and Clarity Boxes coming?
Spring 2027. Join our email list to hear first.

Returns

Can I return my box?
Yes. Let us know within 14 days of delivery and return it unused. You can choose a refund or a gift card. Boxes ordered from 1 November can be returned until 15 January. See our Returns policy for full details.

What if my box arrives damaged?
Email us a photo and your order number and we'll send a replacement or refund you in full. You won't need to send anything back.

Corporate gifts

Can I order boxes for my team or clients?
Yes. Orders of 10 or more boxes are £45 each. Email lunaraegifts@gmail.com and we'll help.
